Order tracking

  • Track your order via email once dispatched
  • Tracking details provided in shipping confirmation

Undelivered/refused orders

  • If an order is refused or undeliverable, you're responsible for return shipping costs
  • Refund issued minus original shipping (if applicable)

Damaged in transit

  • Report damage within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of packaging + product damage
  • We will replace or refund at our discretion
